SNIDE, Rollin Frank
Of Kalamazoo
Passed away Thursday evening, July 14, 2011 at his residence. Frank was born February 2, 1948, in Takoma Park, Maryland the son of Rollin and Florence (Bicek) Snide. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Frank was a member of the Kalamazoo Seventh Day Adventist Church and enjoyed caring for his children and many others. He was a great cook, enjoyed bird watching, and was an avid gun collector. On August 5, 1979 he
was united in marriage to his loving wife, the former Delia Bowman, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Amy Snide, Rebecca (Tim) Staggs, David (Nicky) Snide; sisters and brother, Alita Barnes,
Judy Ayars, Theodore Snide; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A memorial service
will be held at 4:00 o'clock Saturday, July 23 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1601 Nichols Rd. Memorials may be directed to Your Story Hour, PO Box 15, Berrien Springs, MI 49103 Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick.
