I spent four years at Adelphian and graduated in 1964. I then attended Andrews University for two years. I married and moved to Washington, D.C., where I received my B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Maryland. I taught in Chevy Chase, MD, for 20 years until I moved to Asheville, North Carolina. I now focus my time on serving others through crisis ministries to the homeless and impoverished and am active in the Asheville Foster S.d.A. Church. I’m also involved with the University of North Carolina Center for Creative Retirement and travel with the Celestial Praise Chorale.
